This position will be primarily focused on improving store operations through the implementation of Lean principles. You will work with store personnel and the corporate operations team to identify areas of opportunity then assist with creating action plans to positively impact key measurables. You will continue to educate and influences the stores through the implementation of the action plans to ensure that goals are met by following our fundamental philosophy which is based on the Toyota Production system.
